Affiliated Central, Inc., an industry leader in electronic alarm monitoring services, is seeking a bright energetic person to join our Brooklyn, New York customer service team. In our state-of-the-art 24-hour call center, you will respond to intrusion, fire and personal emergency alarm systems and work closely with dealers, life-safety agencies and other team members to safeguard our subscribers.
We offer a comprehensive training program by industry professionals. The candidate should be computer literate, a quick learner, have strong verbal communication and people skills. A background in the customer service/call center industry is a plus! A positive attitude and a desire to succeed are required.
